It also offers up to 40 minutes of conference calls of up to 100 people for the free version. Although this is a solid application there are instances when certain issues can occur. Not able to get email from Zoom
There are instances when you will not get your activation email or notification email from Zoom. Normally, it can take up to 30 minutes or longer for the email to arrive. If it doesn’t then here’s what you need to do.
Method 1: Check your Spam folder to fix not receiving Email from Zoom
Sometimes the email sent by Zoom will arrive at your Spam folder. Here’s how to check for it if you are using Gmail.
Time needed: 3 minutes.
Access Spam folder
- Open your Gmail email.
You can do this by opening gmail.com from your browser.
- Click on More.
This is located on the left pane.
- Click on Spam.
This will open your Spam folder list.
- Click on the Zoom email if it is available then click on the Report not spam button.
This will ensure that future emails sent by Zoom will arrive at your inbox.
Method 2: Whitelist Zoom from your company email server
If you are using your company email for Zoom then make sure that the email as well as these IP addresses listed below are whitelisted by the email server.
