The GeForce Experience is a software that is bundled with every NVIDIA graphics card that you purchase. What this does is it enhances your gaming experience allowing for specific gaming titles to run in optimum performance. It also works by making sure that your graphics card drivers are always updated. While this is a solid performing software it can sometimes use up a lot of computer resources thus affecting your gameplay. If you are experiencing issues on your computer then you should consider to uninstall the GeForce Experience.
How To Uninstall the GeForce Experience
- Click on the Start Button
- Click on Settings
- Click on Apps
- Look through the list of programs installed on the computer and locate and right-click on the listing for NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
- Click on Uninstall
- Go through the uninstall utility by following the onscreen instructions, and the program will be uninstalled from the computer.
Take note that when this software is uninstalled you will have to manually check for new drivers for your graphics card.
If you install a new graphics card driver make sure to choose the custom installation and uncheck the option to install the GeForce Experience if you don’t want this to be installed.
