There are several factors that can cause this particular problem ranging from a corrupted installation file to conflicts with other lighting software. Listed below are the troubleshooting steps you need to do to fix this problem.

Try to disable fast startup

Fast startup is a feature that allows windows 10 to boot at a much faster speed from an off state. This is because the computer stores the initial configuration of your computer when it is shutting down allowing it to  quickly fetch the information during boot up thus saving time. Sometimes this can cause issues on the computer which is why you should try to disable it.

  • Press Windows + R and type “control panel” in the box and press Enter.
  • In the control panel, select Large icons and click on Power Options.
  • In the Power Options, click on “Choose what the power buttons do” present at the left side of the screen.
  • You will see an option which requires administrative privileges named as “Change Settings that are currently unavailable”. Click it.
  • At the bottom of the screen and uncheck the box that says “Turn on fast startup”. Save changes and exit.
