How To Fix GeForce Experience Not Opening Issue

Before performing the recommended troubleshooting steps for this particular problem I suggest that you try restarting your computer first. This will refresh the operating system as well as remove corrupt temporary data and is quite effective in fixing most software related issues.

Reinstall NVIDIA GeForce Experience

If after restarting the computer you are still unable to open the NVIDIA GeForce Experience then the software might be corrupted. You will have to uninstall this and install a fresh version.

  • Press Win + R to open the run
  • Type appwiz.cpl and click OK
  • Look for Nvidia GeForce Experience from the list of installed applications and double-click on it and then follow the uninstallation instructions.
  • Download the GeForce Experience from here https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/ 
  • Open the Download location of the application and launch it. Go through the installation process until the installation is completed.
