  • Type regsvr32.exe msxml6.dll then press enter.
  • Type regsvr32.exe actxprxy.dll then press enter.

  • Type net start bits then press enter.
  • Type net start wuauserv then press enter.
  • Restart the computer.

Run DISM

DISM or Deployment Image Servicing and Management  is a tool used to service and prepare Windows images. It can be used in this case to repair corrupt files.

  • Press Windows and X, and choose Command Prompt (Admin) to open an elevated command prompt.
  • Type in the following command, press Enter to execute it, and wait for the process to finish.
  • Type dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth then press enter.
  • After the previous command is done type dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth then press enter.
  • Close the command prompt.
