Delete the game folder in Documents

One of the quickest ways to fix this problem is to simply delete the game folder from your Documents. Once deleted it will reset the settings then start the game fresh. Take note though that you should make sure that you are deleting the correct game folder as this might affect your other games. A quick search over at Google can help you determine the correct game folder to delete.

  • Open This PC on newer versions of Windows operating system
  • Click the Libraries icon in the taskbar or open any folder and click on Documents/My Documents at the navigation pane on the left side of the window.
