Try clearing the cache and cookies

Chrome

  • Go to the three-dot menu at the upper-right of Chrome
  • Select Settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
  • From here you can select to delete  the history of your browsing, your download history, all your cookies, cached images and files , saved passwords and more.

Firefox

  • Go to the hamburger menu and the section Options > Privacy & Security.
  • In the Content Blocking section; scroll down to get to History.
  • Click on the Clear History button then  pick a time range to clear (1, 2, 4, or 24 hours—or everything), and what data to dump (history, logins, forms/search, cookies, and cache).

Edge

  • Go to the three-dot menu and select Settings > Privacy & security.
  • Click the button under Clear browsing data that reads “Choose what to clear.”
  • You can get rid of browsing history, cookies, cached data, stored form data, saved tabs, media licenses, website permissions, and stored passwords; click Manage Permissions and you can delete things like sites you’ve given permission to show pop-ups.

Safari

  • Click Clear History in the History menu.
  • In the pop-up, pick a timeframe for how far back you want to erase.

  • From the list that appears, right-click on the extension you would like to remove, and then select Turn off to disable the extension or Uninstall to remove it. Do this for all extensions.

Safari

  • Open Safari.
  • Click the Safari menu.
  • Click Preferences…
  • Click the Security button.
  • Remove the checkmark next to Allow plug-ins.
