Update your graphics card driver

Perform a full repair of the League of Legends client
Sometimes this problem can be caused by a corrupt data in the League of Legends client. You can fix the game by doing a full repair.
- Open League of Legends. Wait for it to check for new updates to the game or the client, and click the Launch button at the top of the Launcher.
- Open its Settings and stay under the General subsection at the Client section and locate the Initiate Full Repair option inside. Click on it and follow the instructions on-screen.

Reinstall League of Legends
If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you should uninstall the game from your computer then reinstall it again.
To uninstall League of Legends
- Open the Start Menu.
- From here, open Settings.
- Select “Apps”
- Select “Garena – League of Legends” from the list.
- Select “Uninstall”
- Restart your computer when the uninstall process has been completed.
To reinstall League of Legends
- Download the LoL client installer
- Launch the installer and follow the prompts in the setup wizard. This wizard will install the basic patcher for LoL.
- Launch League of Legends and the patcher will complete the installation of the game client.
- Press the Launch button at the top of the patcher screen and the game client will open.
- The game client will continue to download the rest of the game. You may login to the client during this time but will be unable to start a game until the download is complete.
