You should also try plugging the Razer devices to the different USB ports in your computer. Reinstall Synapse

One factor that can cause this problem is a corrupted Synapse software. Try uninstalling this from your computer then install the latest version from the official website.

  • Press Windows + R, type “appwiz.cpl” in the dialogue box and press Enter.
  • In the application manager, search for the entry of Razer Synapse, right-click it and select Uninstall. You should also uninstall Razer Core and all other sub-programs. 
  • Go to https://www.razer.com/downloads and download the latest Synapse version launched. After installing, turn off your computer then unplug all Razer peripherals.
  • When the computer opens up properly, plug the Razer peripherals and launch Synapse.

  • Once in the device manager, expand the section of Keyboard and Mice and other pointing devices. Right-click on each entry and select Uninstall device. Make sure that you check the box “Delete device drivers” when uninstalling the device.
  • Restart the computer.
  • Go to https://www.razer.com/downloads and download the latest Synapse version launched. After installing, turn off your computer then unplug all Razer peripherals.
  • When the computer opens up properly, plug the Razer peripherals and launch Synapse.
  • Synapse will install the latest drivers automatically.
  • If the drivers are not installed automatically then you can press Windows + R, type “devmgmt.msc” in the dialogue box and press Enter.
  • Once in the device manager, expand the section of Keyboard and Mice and other pointing devices. Right-click on each entry and select update driver.
  • Select the Search automatically for updated driver software option. Windows will connect to Windows update and install the latest drivers automatically. 
  • Restart your computer.
